The only membership level that includes dedicated customer support is Growth. You can upgrade to Growth by clicking on My Account and then Change Account Type. On the right side of your current subscription, click on Change Membership to select the Growth level membership. After upgrading, you will be able to submit a help ticket by selecting Help and then clicking on Submit support ticket from the dropdown.

You can update your credit card by clicking on My Account and select Update Credit Card. You will be taken to your Subscriptions. From your Subscription view, click on Update on the right side of your subscription to update your credit card.

To find out when your next payment is due, click on My Account and then select Change Account Type. You can then see your Next Billing date below the enabled subscription.

Social media content is available with a Growth membership level. You can upgrade to Growth by clicking on My Account and then Change Account Type. On the right side of your current subscription, click on Change Membership to select the Growth level membership. After upgrading, you will be able to view social posts when you click on My Newsletters and then you will see Social Posts from the home page.

You can change between three membership tiers: Simplify, Enhance and Growth. Click on My Account and then Change Account Type. On the right side of your current subscription, click on Change Membership to select the membership level you want instead.

Click on My Account and then Change Account Type. On the right side of your current subscription, click on Cancel. You will continue to have access to your membership and newsletters until the end of your billing cycle.

Click on My Newsletters and from the home screen you will be able to click on the Newsletter Template Downloads for your industry. From the download page, you can click on Microsoft Word templates for print newsletters and/or HTML templates for email templates. You will be prompted to save the file to your computer for further use and to make any edits you wish to make.

If you have a Simplify membership, this does not apply since your templates are not customized. Customization is only available with an Enhance or Growth level membership. To upgrade to Enhance or Growth, follow the steps outlined in How do I change my membership type?.
 
If you have Enhance, click on My Account and then Update Your Profile. If the field is not required and left blank, that field will be blank in your newsletters as well. You need to go through each section to get to the Submit button at the end. If you don’t click the Submit button, your changes won’t be saved. Any changes made will be shown on the next month’s templates.
 
Account Info is your username and membership contact information.
Business Info is where you can update what appears in your newsletters including your name, newsletter name, company name, license number, websites, and address.
Contact Info is the information you want your readers to use to get in touch with you. This includes your email, mobile number, office number, and fax number.
Upload Images is where you can upload headshot or logo images. You will need to upload these each time you make changes to your profile information even if they are the same images as before.
Social Media is where you can include social media links to be included only in email newsletters.
 
Remember: You need to go through each section to get to the Submit button at the end. If you don’t click the Submit button, your changes won’t be saved. Any changes made will be shown on the next month’s templates.

No, the profile information changes will only take effect on your next month’s newsletter templates. These changes won’t impact the existing newsletter templates that have already been added to your membership for the current month.

Click on My Newsletters and from the home screen, scroll down and you will be able to click on the Quiz & Puzzle Answers to see answers for the last 6 months.
