What to do next
Please use this form to upload the graphics you would like included in your masthead design. Please also instruct us as to colors, or any other requirements. You can see some samples at the foot of this page.
Tips
- Simple mastheads work best - too many graphics and words is confusing in a small space.
- You can include your picture, but remember that there is also a space for your picture at the bottom of page 1 of the print newsletter. For the email newsletter, you can either include your picture in the masthead or in the panel on the left of the newsletter. It's up to you.
- Send high-resolution (300dpi) images, if you can, for the print newsletter. The higher the quality the image, the better the results. For the email newsletter, 72dpi is sufficient.
- Please tell us whether you want us to include the title or not (and if you do, whether you want News You Can Use or something else).
- Please tell us whether you want us to include your contact details. If so, which details would you like us to include?
- The more detailed instructions you give us the better. However, our designer is good at creating a design if you would like guidance.
- We are unable to create logos or other images from scratch - this masthead service works only with existing images. If you require images created, please contact us.
You will receive samples of your masthead a day or two after you send us the images.
